Koelle enjoys teaming up with other business coaches to offer  an innovative development experience for individuals and organizations taught by horses, a horse whisperer and a business coach.

Although there are many theoretical, academic views on leadership, there is no faster or more effective way to learn how to implement leadership than by accepting a 1000lbs of instant feedback from a horse. Particularly for individuals and teams who need to be agile and creative in order to lead in challenging environments. The skills learned during this hands-on experience can help your team develop an authentic connection with one another and empower each team member to contribute as a compassionate and aware leader.

Natural leaders instinctively connect to their own powerful set of resources and use skills that are often written-off as 'soft' or unimportant. Maybe that's because these skills are hard to learn in a classroom. People say you have to be born with it.

This experience will help participants rediscover the true leadership skills they were born with, practicing the ability to lead from within on a beautiful day, outside, with a horse.

Amazingly, the energy that causes a 1,000lb horse connect with you and willingly choose you as the leader of its herd without coercion (a rope) or bribery (a treat), is the same energy that causes people to hire you, invest in your brilliant ideas and follow your lead on a team! Combine this unique understanding of energetic communication with technical business skills such as financial modeling, strategic planning or accounting and you have a powerful leadership toolkit at your disposal.

Join horse whisperer and master life coach Koelle Simpson, along with an amazing array of assisting business coaches,  and several majestic, four-legged teachers for an unforgettable one-day learning experience. You will learn to use your power in calm, yet irresistible ways that will unleash the magic of true leadership.

• No previous horse experience is necessary.
• Participants will be gently and safe guided through insightful, interactive activities with horses on the ground (none of the activities involve riding)
• Participants are welcome to participate to their personal level of comfort
• For groups wishing to have a hands-on experience, group sizes are kept small (12 participants max.) to ensure plenty of focus on your personal journey.

Life coach and horse whisperer, Koelle Simpson, offers a new perspective on communication and trust development. She is honored to have received extraordinary educational experiences as a direct student of legendary horse whisperer, Monty Roberts, and apprentice of best-selling author and Oprah columnist Martha Beck, along with many other two legged and four legged teachers alike. Her mission in life is to help others to reconnect with the amazing lessons of nature.
